SteamLvlUp
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Acceptance
By accessing or using SteamLvlUp, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Unofficial Service
SteamLvlUp is an independent, unofficial service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Steam, Steam Community, game names, item names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of Steam remains subject to Valve's and Steam's terms.
Public Information Tools
SteamLvlUp provides informational tools that compare Steam Community Market set prices, show historical price and listing data, summarize third-party card bot stock and rates, and estimate possible ways to obtain sets for badge crafting. The user independently decides whether to visit Steam Market, contact a listed bot, or take no action.
Calculations, rankings, stock, rates, and price history may be delayed, incomplete, or change before a user acts. They are estimates and information, not financial advice, a guaranteed offer, or an instruction to complete a transaction.
Third-Party Bots and Steam Market
Bots displayed in the public card bot directory are independently operated third-party Steam accounts unless a page explicitly states otherwise. SteamLvlUp collects and organizes public information about them but does not own, control, represent, or execute trades for those listed bots.
Any interaction with a listed bot or Steam Community Market takes place outside SteamLvlUp. The user must independently verify the counterparty, trade offer, items, quantities, price, and applicable Steam terms. SteamLvlUp is not a party to, and cannot reverse or guarantee, those third-party transactions.
SteamID64 and Badge Calculations
The calculator works without a SteamLvlUp account and can retrieve public badge progress, level, and XP for any valid SteamID64. You may submit only information you are legally permitted to use. Results depend on the Steam profile remaining public and on Steam data being available and accurate.
Inventory API and Points
The paid Inventory API retrieves Steam inventory data using an API key and a pay-as-you-go internal Points balance. Current request prices, limits, and response behavior are shown on the API information and documentation pages. A successful response may contain live or cached inventory data when Steam access is degraded.
Points are service accounting units used to pay for API requests. They are not legal tender, a bank deposit, electronic money, or a right to receive cash, and they cannot be withdrawn as fiat currency. SteamLvlUp does not accept card, bank, or cryptocurrency payments for API Points.
Funding API Points with TF2 Keys
A signed-in user may fund Points by opening the Steam trade link published on the balance page and personally creating an offer that gives eligible TF2 keys to the SteamLvlUp deposit bot. The bot does not create this incoming deposit offer on the user's behalf. It accepts an offer only after the service validates the account and offered items, and Points are credited after Steam reports the offer as accepted.
Review the Steam recipient and every item before confirming. Offers containing unsupported items or requesting items from the deposit bot may be declined. Completed TF2 key deposits are final and are not cash-refundable. A suspected missing or incorrect credit may be sent to support for manual review, which does not guarantee reversal or return except where required by applicable law.
Accounts and Eligibility
- You must comply with Steam's rules and any law applicable to you.
- You must control an account used to sign in or fund Points.
- You must be legally able to accept these terms or have any required permission from a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for securing your Steam account, session, and API keys.
API and Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use the service or API for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or unlawful activity;
- bypass access controls, limits, pricing, or technical restrictions;
- interfere with the website, bots, API, infrastructure, or other users;
- use a Steam account or trade offer you do not control;
- misrepresent an affiliation with a listed third-party bot; or
- resell, share, or expose an API key in a way that enables abuse.
Suspension and Availability
SteamLvlUp may limit, suspend, or block access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or infrastructure, investigate suspicious activity, comply with legal obligations, or respond to Steam restrictions. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer
The service, third-party bot information, market data, calculations, API responses, and balance features are provided as-is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, SteamLvlUp makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. Do not treat displayed prices or calculations as financial advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SteamLvlUp is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, changes in item value, Steam actions or outages, third-party services, third-party bot conduct, account restrictions, or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by a user. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
